Free Shipping

All orders ship free within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons (holidays, Valentine's Day), processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We ship from Atlanta, GA. Prints ship via UPS Ground Saver. Heart blocks and other items ship via the best available carrier.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You'll receive your tracking number via email once your order ships.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at lindsaybelnickart@gmail.com with photos. See our Refund Policy for details on exchanges and store credit.
