Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.


Cancellations


If you need to cancel an order, contact us at lindsaybelnickart@gmail.com as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Damaged Items


Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at lindsaybelnickart@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will offer an exchange for the same item or store credit for a future purchase. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged items.


Exchanges


Exchanges are available only for items that arrive damaged. Once we review and approve your claim, we'll provide a prepaid return label and ship your replacement at no additional cost.


Order Issues


If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at lindsaybelnickart@gmail.com and we'll make it right.


Gift Cards


Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
